First Encounter with Snow for Our Filipino Workers

This week, some of our workers experienced snow for the very first time! For many of them, living in our country is a huge adjustment—not just culturally but also climatically. Transitioning from a tropical environment to winter weather brings new challenges, but also lots of joy and unforgettable moments.

While snow is a regular part of winter for us, for them, it’s an entirely new experience—full of surprises, wonder, and often feelings of happiness and childlike excitement. At the same time, our Filipino friends are learning to adapt to dressing warmly, traveling cautiously, and navigating the challenges of our beautiful winter season. That’s why we at TopNest are here to support them—not only in their work environment but also in adapting to life in a climate so different from their own.

Personally, We can’t wait for the snow to reach the lowlands so we can experience the true beauty of winter.
